From chaos to clean tickets.
FritzFlow turns voice notes, messages, and files into deduplicated, ready-to-work tickets in GitHub, Linear, Notion, or Asana. A human approves every one, so AI never pushes junk.

The intake grind is eating your team’s day.
Requests don’t arrive as tickets. They arrive as rambly voice notes, half-finished emails, and "quick questions" in five different threads. Someone has to turn all of that into something the team can work on.
Transcribing by hand.
You listen to the voicemail, rewind, type it up, fix the typos. Thirty minutes gone before the real work starts.
Duplicates slip through.
The same request comes in twice through two channels. You don’t catch it until the team has already built it twice.
Vague asks stall everything.
"Can you improve the dashboard?" No context. Now it’s a clarification call and a three-day delay.
Multiply that by every request, every week. Intake shouldn’t be a full-time job.
From a voice note to a clean ticket, in four steps.
- 01
Capture
Your client or teammate sends a voice note, a message, or a file through your portal. No new app for them to learn.
- 02
Understand
FritzFlow transcribes it in any language and pulls out the real action items.
- 03
Check for duplicates
It matches each item against the issues you already track in GitHub, Linear, Notion, or Asana, and flags likely duplicates with the evidence.
- 04
Review & pushhuman
Your team approves in seconds: accept, tweak, or skip. Only then does the clean ticket land in your tracker. AI drafts, you decide.
Everything between "request" and "ready to work on."
No more manual transcription.
Voice notes, text, and files become a clean, structured draft. Your team stops typing up voicemails and starts reviewing in seconds.
A duplicate-free backlog.
FritzFlow checks every request against the issues you already track, so "refactor checkout" and "payment page is slow" get flagged as the same thing before anyone builds it twice.
AI you can trust.
Every draft comes with a confidence score and the evidence behind it. Nothing reaches your tracker without a human approving it.
Works with your tools. No lock-in.
Connect GitHub, Linear, Notion, or Asana in one click. FritzFlow is the layer in front of your tracker. Your tracker doesn’t change.
Any language in. Your language out.
Clients submit in their language; tickets arrive in yours. No manual translation, no lost meaning.
One place to review.
A per-project inbox for your team and a clean portal for whoever’s submitting. One source of truth for every request.
Your team’s tools. Native support.
Push clean tickets straight into the tracker you already run on.

Built for two kinds of chaos.
External client intake
Agencies & studios
Your clients send requests all day, through every channel. FritzFlow turns them into clean tickets you can push straight to the team: deduplicated and with context, so nothing gets built twice and no client feels ignored.
- Clients feel heard in minutes, not days
- Catch duplicate requests before they cost billable hours
- Every request tracked, across every client project
Stakeholder intake
Internal product & IT teams
Feature requests, bugs, and "can we just…" asks pour in from every department. FritzFlow filters the noise, flags what’s already in the backlog, and hands your team clean, deduplicated items to review.
- A backlog you can trust, with duplicates flagged before planning
- Vague asks arrive with context, not a clarification thread
- Stable velocity: fewer mid-sprint surprises
AI drafts. Your team decides.
Most "AI intake" tools create tickets on their own. That’s how your tracker fills up with junk and duplicates. FritzFlow works the other way: AI does the tedious work, then stops and waits for a human.
Confidence + evidence on every item.
Reviewers see why something was flagged: the quote, the timestamp, the matching issue. Then they decide.
Review in seconds, not one-by-one.
Bulk-accept the clean ones; the flagged and low-confidence items float to the top for a closer look.
A person’s name on the ticket, not "AI".
The teammate who approved it is credited. Full audit trail, every request.

Why we built FritzFlow
We built FritzFlow because we were tired of turning voicemails into tickets by hand, and tired of building the same thing twice. It does the grind; we still make the calls.
Questions, answered.
How is this different from Linear/Jira/Asana’s built-in intake?
Those tools track work. FritzFlow sits in front of them: it captures requests from voice, text, and files, transcribes and deduplicates them, and pushes only clean tickets into the tracker you already use. Your tracker doesn’t change.
Does the AI create tickets on its own?
No. Every item is drafted by AI and then reviewed by a person. Nothing reaches your tracker without a human approving it. That’s the whole point.
How does it catch duplicates?
It checks each new request against the issues you already track and flags likely matches, with the evidence, so your reviewer can merge, skip, or keep. It understands intent, so differently-worded requests for the same thing still get caught.
What can people submit, and in what language?
Voice notes, text, and file attachments through your portal, in any language. FritzFlow transcribes and translates so tickets arrive in your team’s language. (Email and Slack intake are coming.)
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Connect GitHub, Linear, Notion, or Asana with one click (OAuth), and send your first request. No custom engineering, no setup fee.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Transcripts are encrypted and used only to do your work, never for model training.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with a per-request audit trail and role-based access. A DPA is available for GDPR.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Early-access teams get a 14-day free trial, no credit card, full access to the Team plan.
Ready to end the intake grind?
Let AI do the transcribing and deduplicating. Keep your team on the decisions that matter.
